Responsibilities
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating project activities.
Tasks include:
- Liaising between the sponsor, external parties, and DICE members
- Create project management plans or other related plans
- Coordinate with team members to ensure appropriate timing of project goals
- Attend external kick-off meetings and organize internal kick-off meetings
- Coordinate status meetings with the sponsor and internal team members
- Create and manage timelines for project delivery and distribute to internal and external parties
- Assist in the initial budget and negotiations with the sponsor
- Ensure the Project Master File is created and maintained according to standards
Requirements
Education:
- University degree or PhD in science or equivalent through experience
Experience:
- 3 years experience with project management of biometric tasks in clinical trials
Skills:
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Good communication skills
- Good verbal and written skills in English and Dutch or French
